VHM Consultancy is run by Victoria Handbury-Madin (Charity Consultant and Co-Founder of the Shropshire Charity Network).
Victoria draws on her expertise and experience of working in the charity sector to support organisations to reduce their risk and increase impact. She works closely with boards of trustees and management teams to support with the organisation’s governance and strategic development, as well as the registration of new charities.
Services include, creating policies and procedures, facilitating strategic workshops, playing a critical friend role and delivering training and mentoring.
